house is located on Avellaneda Avenue in front of a big square at the
bottom of Independencia Park, the most important historic and touristic
place of the city. Besides it's only four blocks from the center of
Tandil and from here you can easily reach the different excursions of
the town.

little house has a big bedroom, from where you can see the beautiful
garden, Kitchen and breakfast place, a large living room and a bathroom.
It has an attractive court with a swimming pool, solarium and a place
where you can make barbecues. There is also an space where you can read
and enjoy your relax too.
